is anybody else as excited as i am for this movie? and by movie i mean every aspect of production involved – the story, the cinematography, the visual effects, the acting, the soundtrack, even the kiddish font type – october 16th could not come any sooner!

I’ve been meaning to read the book (well look at), as it is such a classic, and now the movie is coming out. I have only just become aware of this book in the past year! I grew up in another country, is that excuse enough?

the film looks really good, but it also seems a tad sad. films with children as protagonists always make me a little weepy :*( so pathetic, i know!
