

here’s my first slice of kladdkaka (garnished with pomegranate because that’s all i had in my fridge), followed by cream of broccoli soup (it was supposed to be cauliflower). apple pie, vegetable risotto and lingonberry cobbler are next in my recipe lineup!

I’ve never been to Göteborg, funnily enough I’ve barely been further south in Sweden than Norrköping (which is more in the middle come to think of it). I’m a northern girl by birth.
